Set Relevant Thumbnail step -one

Firstly, We have to go Videos option under Video manager from view Additional
feature option. We are able to set relevant Thumbnail from this option.
Set Relevant Thumbnail step -Two

Finally we have to Click on custom Thumbnail to set Created Thumbnail
and then click on save change.
